Idesco improves processes
Idesco is improving customer service by developing processes. Please note that there are some changed contact details which are given in the following.
Order handling and order-to-delivery process, new contact details
Idesco is re-organizing order handling and order confirmation functions to ensure shorter response time and even more precise order handling. The order process goes now through the SCM department from receiving the order to delivering it to the customer. This results to a more simplified order process flow and a faster response to customers after receiving the order. From now on, orders are responded with a prompt order acknowledgement, followed by an order confirmation within three working days from the order.

RMA process
In case of customer reclamation, please request an RMA (return material authorization) number from your sales contact for the reclamation return of the product. To be able to give you the RMA number and through this handle your reclamation, we need to know the product type, serial number and fault descriptions. RMA Number can also be requested from support@idesco.fi.
