RMA process introduced at Idesco

Idesco has introduced RMA (Return Material Authorization) process, which

  • Results to faster return process lead times and more accurate information flow between Idesco and the customer
  • Requires a contact from a customer to Idesco before making a reclamation demand – the reclamations are handled only if they have an RMA number
  • Results to better customer service and quality improvements – every customer reclamation starts a development process which will be handled according to specified steps. The customer receives feedback of every reclamation.

Reclamations starting from 1.1.2009 will be handled according to RMA process steps.

IR 9000 Software Update

IR 9000 SW update is now ready and the new SW version (S00510) has been released. Changes have been done to fix ghost readings. Wiegand delay is also now 4 seconds between the same ID's. All delivered readers from now on will be equipped with this SW.
