Returning Idesco Merchandise

To return Idesco products, open the RMA Request File and fill out all required fields.  After saving to your hard drive, send it immediately (convenient form below or attach in Email: support (at) idesco.fi). Or print out form, then fax (fax number on form) or send by postal mail.  When you receive your RMA number from us by Email, enter it into your saved RMA Request file, print and attach a copy to your returning products and mail them to Idesco (address at bottom of form).
DO NOT return merchandise without an RMA-Return Number or completed form!

  • Test and Config Fee

    With increased sales of our re-configurable readers we began receiving increasing amounts of readers for configuration tests or re-configuration. Two years ago we began invoicing a 40 euro per reader test fee for products sent only for inspection. This fee is only charged if products are not faulty but were sent only for checking, without a justification for moving them into the normal reclamation process. Reconfigurations will also be invoiced an 80€ hourly charge. These fees do not apply to warranty repairs.
