Test fee and configuration fee

The sales of our re-configurable readers have increased remarkably. Due to this we are receiving our readers for configuration tests or for re-configuration in increasing amounts. Beginning from November 1st we will start invoicing a test fee of products which are sent to us only for inspection. This fee of 30 Euros per reader will be charged if the products are not faulty but we receive them for checking, without a specified reason which would move them to the normal reclamation process. For re-configuration we will invoice an hourly charge. Naturally the fees do not apply to warranty repairs.
