Sales or Account Manager
We are looking for a Sales oriented Sales Manager or Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Team for building up and strengthening our sales
1. mainly in the Southern and middle UK.
2. Sweden office, which is covering also our Scandinavian sales operations. You will play a key role in strengthening the long term business relations with our strategic accounts, integrators, customers and partners mainly in UK and Ireland or Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
(Region will be specified and detailed later). As our primary sales and technical contact person for end customers and partners, you are driving superior customer service and satisfaction.
You are our positive minded business card and interface towards the customers and other contacts in the area. Your focus is sales and result oriented. Besides of the direct sales targets from your area, you will be participating to a wide range of tasks, such as budgeting and target setting, sales channel development, development of the local marketing actions, analyzing of customer needs, technical consultation and training.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local interface to end customers, integrators and channel partners, providing them with sales and technical information necessary for successful market share growth in the area- Sales and channel development, supporting the channel partners, integrators and end customers during the buying process, providing technical and system consultation, product training and client presentations and demos for customers
- Analyzing the customer base and provide ideas for sales and marketing development locally and also internationally
- Following up already existing customer base and new leads, providing sales estimates and management of customer satisfaction with our products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or another technical field, plus a good knowledge of RFID or Access Control Systems- Proven track record in successful B-to-B sales of electronics or technical products and experience in building strong customer relationships.
- Insight into RFID, location systems, access control systems and/or electrical safety systems is an advantage
- Solution based selling skills and a customer-centric approach, together with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to comfortably communicate and interact with customers to identify their needs and ability to clearly communicate a technical solution
- We expect you to be a team player with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness and attitude to grow the business extensively
- Willingness and experience working independently from a home office
- You will belong to the local country team and your performance will be measured and reported as a part of the global sales forces of Idesco
- Amongst the reached sales results, you possess capacity and willingness to grow to higher responsibilities inside Idesco organizations
